Manufacturers
I was wondering whether you guys noticed the new trend that has emerged after the birth of the P-10 series? Trijicon has just released the P-10 version of their highly acclaimed HD series of sights. Double Alpha’s new X series of racing holsters already cater for the P-10. Tony System has released optic mounts and guide rods for the P-10C. Apex Tactical, HB Industries, Ghost holsters. All these companies are offering products for the new platform. This is particularly interesting in light of the fact that, even after 10 years, none of them are offering anything for the P-07 design. Nothing. Nada. Niks.
So how do we explain that? Have all these great manufacturers decided independently that the P-10 series is the next big thing? I think not. At the introduction road show of the P-10 we had the opportunity to ask the attending factory personnel some questions. I’ve prompted them about the design team, and they sketched a picture of a young, dynamic team with a clean slate. If you ask me, ‘Team P-10’ approached all the top accessory companies in the world and enticed them to develop products for the new platform. If it works, and I think it will, the rest of the company will follow suit and the next generation of accessories will originate from outside the company rather than within. The future of CZ accessories will not be about just CZ and CZ Custom anymore.
How have Jizni responded? Have a look at our website: Trijicon, Toni System, Dawson Precision, Apex Tactical and Evolution Gunworks have all made their appearance over the past year or so. We have secured an exclusive local distribution agreement with Cajun Gunworks, perhaps the top CZ accessory company in the world today. Add to that the other opportunities we are still pursuing, and I believe that we are excellently positioned to remain the leading supplier of CZ related products in the country.
