    All options have tracking facilities. Shipping confirmation and tracking numbers are e-mailed when the parcels are handed over to the couriers. Due to the relative low value of most shipments, parcels are sent uninsured and for the buyer's risk.
     
    Please note that while we stick to our shipment promise diligently, we can't guarantee the performance of the courier. The times quoted above are typical times that we've experienced.
     

    Collection

    Jizni is a web-based business and our primary means of delivery is via the shipment options. Collection orders will be ready for collection the day after the order is placed. While we always enjoy meeting customers face-to-face and having a quick chat, we are unfortunately not always available for collections. If this will suit you, you are welcome call (012 004 0021) or e-mail (support@jizni.co.za) us to make an arrangement. Please plan a day or so in advance.

    International orders

    Jizni is located in the Republic of South Africa, and is dedicated to servicing our South African customers. Due to the complexities of international firearms laws, we regrettably are not shipping internationally at this stage. I do apologize for that, since I am all too familiar with the frustrations of sourcing spares, but the risk or sending anything without due diligence is simply too high for us to bear.
