Stock policy

We sell from stock. Simple as that. We aim to keep sufficient stock on hand to fill orders as they are placed. This is sometimes a major challenge in the current environment of international imports, but we will always be upfront on what we can and cannot deliver.

Website maintenance

Since the website is our primary means of doing business, prices and stock levels are kept up to date. Software is set up not to accept orders for products that does not show stock. So we won't take your money if we can't ship the product.

Sometimes mistakes do happen, but they are the exception and not the rule. You will be contacted immediately to make alternative arrangements, which could include substituting with a similar product, or a refund.
