    If you chose the Front Door Delivery option, but your tracking number indicates that the parcel is shipped via the Post Office, it is in all likelihood because you listed a PO Box as the delivery address. Couriers don't deliver to PO boxes, so such orders are automatically channelled via the Post Office. See Final Checklist
