HBI Mini AK Style Safety (Scorpion)

HBI “AK style” safety selectors are designed to be used with the index finger. The levers are positioned forwards of the spindle, so it operates down for safe, up for fire. This allows the operator to quickly disengage the safety with a quick upward flick of the index finger. This configuration also allows for a very low profile, avoiding any interference with the hand when shooting.

These “Mini AK Style” Safety Selectors are 30% shorter than our standard Scorpion AK style safety selector, allowing them to also be used on the left side of the weapon without interfering with the operation of the bolt release lever.

Laser etched with a position indicator to clearly communicate safe/fire weapon status to other operators.

Machined from billet 6061T6 aluminum and hard coat anodized to MIL-A-8625.
