Long - Covers entire length of CX4 Gen 1 (non-threaded) barrel.
Short - Leaves thread on CX4 Gen 2 (threaded) barrel, or tip of CX4 Gen1 (non-threaded) barrel exposed.
Fitment of a compensator will require the short version.
