Eemann Competition Firing Pin Spring (Glock)

Reduced power firing pin spring in various weights. (Standard spring rating (24 Newton) equals about 5.4 lb)

Important note: A very light firing pin spring like this can cause light strikes with some ammunition.

How it works.

As the trigger is pulled, the Firing Pin spring (7) is compressed until the firing pin is released, at which time it drives the firing pin towards the cartridge. The Reduced Power Firing Pin Spring reduces the force against the trigger. (It also reduces the primer strike force, so should be used only for competition or well tested ammunition.)
